How can I connect the app to my feeder?
1. Download the app "Tuya Smart" in your App Store oder Google Play Store.
2. Plug in the power supply.
3. Open the App and click "+" button.
4. Select "Smart Home App".
5. Select "Pet".
6. Select "Pet Feeder with camera (Wi-Fi)".
7. Wait for the green indicator light to flash. If it is not flashing, press the "Set" button for 5 seconds.
8. When the smart phone is connected to the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi name will be automatically displayed and the corresponding Wi-Fi will be entered. Click "Next".
9. Point the QR code to the feedercamera with a distance of approx. 10-20cm. Wait 3-5 seconds. After hearing the ring "Beep", click "I heard a prompt".
10. Click "Done" in the upper right corner to enter the video and feed interface.
*Important: the automatic feeder supports only a Wifi network with 2.4 GHz.
What kind of food can I put in our automatic pet feeder
-With our automaticpetfeeder you can feed only dry food whose size is less than 14mm.
-Please also remember that if the portion is not large enough, you should add some food to that.
How can I feed my pet with the Tuya Smart App?
There are two different ways to feed your pet with the app:
1. You can add a regular portion by pressing "Schedule" and then "Add time". Then you can set the days, the time and the size of the portion according to your preferences.
2. You can also perform a manual feeding by simply entering the Tuya Smart App and clicking on "Feed". You can also adjust the portion manually.
*Important: In the history you can track if your pet has eaten and if everything worked. If a feeding could not be done, it will be shown to you in the app. If something didn't work out, remember to be sure to feed your pet again.
